Wafer Roll Production Machine
The APEX Wafer Roll Production Line combines batter feeding, gas baking, roll forming, and cutting for industrial wafer roll production, with a dedicated filling system for filled products.
Four forming streams work with dedicated batter and filling pump units to support coordinated product flow. PLC control and a Siemens touchscreen provide access to key operating settings, while variable speed drives allow adjustment of baking drum, forming, feeding, and conveyor speeds.
Servo rotary cutting and photoelectric length detection support controlled cutting to the selected product length.
For the stated reference product of Φ8 × 70 mm and approximately 7 g per filled roll, the specified output is approximately 480 pieces per minute, or 200 kg per hour.

Controlled Baking and Product Formation
Direct flame bottom heating and infrared surface burners provide the specified baking arrangement. Adjustable forming and material feed speeds allow operating conditions to be matched to the product recipe.
Product Handling and Filling System
A dedicated filling pump group supplies the filling material, while the forming and cutting section prepares the rolls for conveyor discharge.

Output depends on product dimensions, recipe, filling ratio and operating conditions. The capacity values above describe the stated reference product, rather than every wafer roll format.
