APEX Five-Roller Chocolate Refining Line
The APEX five-roller chocolate refining line brings mixing, pre-refining, fine refining, steel belt transfer, and conching together in one chocolate mass preparation system.
The mixer prepares a uniform mass, while the two-roller pre-refiner conditions the feed for the five-roller refiner.
The 1300S and 1800S five-roller refiners reduce solid particle size to help achieve a finer chocolate texture.
Steel belt conveyors link the processing stages, and the conche develops flavor and adjusts the flow properties of the refined mass.
Together, these machines provide a coordinated preparation process before downstream chocolate storage, tempering and forming.

Mixer and Kneader
Models 800S and 1500S

The mixer and kneader combines recipe ingredients into a uniform chocolate mass before roller refining.
Its mixing and kneading action distributes the solids and fat to prepare a consistent feed for the next stage.
The series is available in 800S and 1500S models.
The configuration includes a NORD gearbox and Mettler Toledo load cells for weighing.
Consistent batch preparation helps the downstream refiners operate with more uniform incoming material.
Two-roller Pre Refiner
Models 900S and 1300S

The two roller pre refiner performs the initial particle size reduction after mixing.
Compression and shear between the rollers break down coarse particles and prepare the mass for five roller refining.
The series is available in 900S and 1300S models.
The configuration includes an ABB motor, a Schneider frequency converter, Siemens controls and European sourced rollers.
Pre refining improves particle size consistency and mass plasticity, providing a more uniform feed for downstream five roller refining.
Five-roller Refiner
Models 1300S and 1800S

The five-roller refiner provides the fine particle size reduction stage in the chocolate refining line.
Five rollers operating at different surface speeds apply compression and shear to reduce the size of sugar, milk powder, and cocoa solid particles.
The series is available as the 1300S Five roller Refiner and the 1800S Five roller Refiner.
The configuration includes an ABB motor, a Schneider frequency converter, Siemens controls, and European-sourced rollers.
The refined flakes are prepared for transfer to conching, supporting a finer texture and reduced gritty mouthfeel in the finished chocolate.
Steel Belt Conveyor
Belt widths 300 mm 400 mm and 500 mm

The steel belt conveyor transfers material between the machines in the chocolate refining system.
It provides a mechanical transfer route for refined flakes moving toward downstream conching.
Available belt widths are 300 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm.
The conveyor arrangement can be designed to suit the actual factory layout and equipment positions.
Linking the processing stages reduces the need for manual material transfer between connected machines.
Chocolate Conche
Single Shaft and Triple Shaft Series

The chocolate conche processes the refined mass through mixing, kneading and shearing under controllered temperature conditions after roller refining.
Conching promotes moisture and unwanted volatile removal, fat distribution and adjustment of flow properties.
Single shaft models are 1500S, 3000S, 4500S and 6000S, while triple shaft models are 3000T, 4500T and 6000T.
The configuration includes a SEW motor, a Schneider frequency converter and Siemens controls.
This stage complements particle refining by developing flavor and preparing the chocolate mass for subsequent storage and processing.
