Chocolate Enrobing Line
The enrobing line is used to coat chocolate on various foods such as biscuits, wafers, egg rolls, cake pies, snacks etc.
There are also special devices for optional use:
Magazine feeder: to simplify the feeding of biscuits or wafers etc on the enrobing wiremesh.
Granular sprinkler: to sprinkle sesame or peanut granular on the enrobing products.
Decorator: to decorate zigzags or stripes of different color on the surface of enrobing products.
